John Christopoulos B.Commerce (UNSW) & qualified mediator has spent over 3 decades as a tenant, experiencing first hand all of the daily pressures of running your own business, on top of dealing with the more complex issues such as lease renewals, fitouts & rental reviews from a tenant's perspective.

On the landlord side, John has held senior roles in leasing, marketing and centre management for some of the country’s leading shopping centre operators such as Lend Lease, where he looked after the day to day operations of large shopping centres & specialty retail precincts.
